Terms of Service

These terms define the basic rules for using Lexora and its AI-powered essay evaluation features.

Last updated: April 23, 2026

Use of Lexora

Lexora provides AI-assisted writing evaluation and feedback tools for education and practice. You are responsible for the content you submit and for how you use the feedback.

No official exam guarantee

Scores, bands, suggestions, and improved drafts are estimates generated for learning support. They do not guarantee official IELTS, EGE, admission, scholarship, or academic outcomes.

User content

You should only submit content you have the right to use. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, private, or highly sensitive information unless it is necessary and you accept the risk of processing it.

Academic integrity

You are responsible for following the rules of your school, exam, university, scholarship, or application. Some institutions restrict or prohibit AI-generated writing.

Service availability

Features may change, pause, or be discontinued. Some modes, including experimental exam types, may be marked as in development until they are reliable enough for regular use.

Limitations

Lexora is provided as an educational tool. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for decisions made solely based on AI feedback or generated writing.

These starter terms should be reviewed before launch, especially if you add payments, teams, enterprise use, or region-specific compliance.
